Transforming Managers into Leaders

We empower managers to adopt new skill sets, push their limits and comfort levels to embrace the leadership skills that are needed to tun them from a manager to a powerful leader of their team.  Through one on one coaching, we partner to look at what they bring, what they have not uncovered as strengths, turning weaknesses into opportunities and put them all into play.  We use DISC assessments to help clients gather deeper insights into their natural communication and leadership styles. 

Transition & Retirement Coaching

Transitioning out of a career, changing jobs, or even moving into retirement comes with many changes, some hard, some easy, but change all the same. Working with a coach to build bridges to your next chapter, explore your core values and beliefs, and deciding what to bring with you on the journey is invaluable. The coaching process moves you forward into the next stage/chapter with confidence, excitement, and a fresh perspective. Facilitation/ Productive Pairs

We build connections between leaders in the C-Suite or other types of structure in organizations that establish stronger relationships between key players, analyzing communication styles/skills, strengthening vision and implementation skills as a team, and creating shared visions through coaching. 

DISC Assessment

In my coaching practice, I utilize the DISC assessment to help clients gain deeper insights into their natural communication and leadership styles. By understanding their DISC profile, my clients are able to enhance self-awareness, recognize their strengths and challenges and develop strategies to improve collaboration and performance in both personal and professional environments. This personalized approach helps them become more effective leaders, fostering better relationships and driving successful outcomes.

Mentor Consultant

Sandra’s past experience as a treatment court judge for over 16 years enables her to coach teams in the court system around productive ways to integrate judicial training, strengthening team bonds between all parties, develop stronger staffing structure, and propel better outcomes for court participants through team development. She offers coaching one on one with the Judge during the process and group coaching with the team to clarify and crystallize their goals and build on their roles and responsibilities to accomplish those directives.

Trainer

Sandra has developed a training program for businesses and courts to develop their own peer to peer coaching programs. These programs allow upper and middle management to select leaders who have the qualities necessary to mentor/coach and expose them to coach training to develop their skills and style in providing support for their own colleagues. The research shows that peer to peer coaching can not only boost morale in post pandemic times, but also create future possibilities in teams and cohorts that have not been previously explored.
